Stouts range from dark to ink black in color. Stouts are a very full
bodied and full flavored beer often with a creamy mouthfeel.
Ingredients are roasted imparting a full "burnt" taste. Flavor profiles
may also include chocolate, coffee, licorice, fruity sweetness, hoppy
bitterness, and spicy flavors. Alcohol contents typically range from
7% to over 11%.
