Appearance
Pale golden yellow, surprising level of cloudiness that does not belong in a
pilsner. Head is very tall, white, rocky, and of long duration. For the pilsner style
the head is amazing. Soft and gold with light carbonation and expressive
champagne head. Cloudiness does not lend itself to eye appeal but the other
elements are there.
Aroma
Very strong, impressive level of citrus sweetness, both orange and lime are
present along with expected grainy scents. Very nice aromatics....fruity with a very
mild hoppiness. One of the cleaner beers I have experienced lately. Kind of a
coolness with melon being a surprise.
Palate
Crisp and clean, just as a pilsner should be. A perfect balance of grainy flavors,
citrus, carbonation, and light hops. Incredibly light but with tons of character.
Drinkability is key, very pleasant. A delicate palate but with malt sweetness and
requisite bitters.
Finish
Picks up in crispness. The grains, citrus, and mild hops remain perfectly
balanced for a clean and smooth result. The very end fades away in a slightly dry
fashion leaving the drinker with a refreshing feeling. Extremely balanced with just
a hint of hoppiness present. I'm very impressed overall with this pilsner.

Excellent example of a Pilsner. Grainy taste prevails but is expertly balanced by
the right level of citrus sweetness and mild hoppiness. Refreshing as a pilsner
should be. Would have had a perfect score were it not for the cloudiness. An
excellent defining example of Pilsner. This would be a good jumping off point for
those who are used to light American lagers. A fine example of a craft beer that
retains qualities of a light domestic brew. Delicate to the extent of being sublime.
