The award winning authentic Czech Bier
Appearance
A nice medium gold tone, clear and effervescent as it should be. Has a white
head that stands tall, is thick and creamy, and long-lasting. Lacing on the glass
is great.
Large rocky white-head over a crystal-clear medium gold. Beer effervescent and
lace as well. A very solid Pilsner appearance.

Aroma
Nice and strong, requisite Pilsner flavors, grains, pale and lightly sweet malt,
and hopped, very impressive.
Malty and salty. Pilsner beer basics done well. Grainy with a touch of sour. Light
and crisp Saaz hops.

Palate
Clean and crisp, no surprises, a good grain, and lightly sweet pale malt flavor.
A silky mouth feel that spreads nicely over the tongue. Traditional Pilsner taste
that leans to a lager in maltiness. Full flavored and a little sweet, a well-rounded
Pilsner.

Finish
The palate flavors carry through followed by the expected full but dulled hop
tones. Wraps up with a salt component.
Unique to have such a lightly textured beer that packs a punch. All of the
previously noted qualities summed up with a tinge of bitter.

Synopsis
A truly definitive Pilsner, this one stays inside the box and presents as it should
with requisite Pilsner expectations done very well. Full flavored but also smooth
and easy drinking, I would recommend this to any Pilsner beer fan.
America is producing some of the best beers across the board these days. That
being said, it's hard to find a good example of a full flavored Pilsner beer. The
Czechs have been doing it for centuries and it shows in this example.
