An American Pale Ale
Appearance
A light medium gold, effervescent but fairly significant amount of cloudiness.
Off-white head is decent in height and is very creamy, particularly for the style.
The head duration and lacing is excellent.
Cloudy thin pale gold. Well carbonated with a solid white rocky head. Despite the
light color, the brew appears Hardy and inviting.

Aroma
Overall the aroma is good but on the light side. This has a pleasant orange and
green apple citrus with a nice blend of hops that are also light.
Very soft aroma with fruit and spice. Soft malt overshadows the hop. The yeast is
a notable component. Think baking bread or biscuits, unusual.

Palate
Initially crisp, yet also with a touch of creaminess, a tasty tangy citrus, and mild
hop that is full flavored, not earth shattering, but nice.
Nice texture, creamy with an acidic zip of citrus. A light ale to be sure, but very
drinkable. Salt and sour over a mild malt.

Finish
Pleasantly prickly hops takeover butter nicely control. The citrus takes on a mild
and agreeable bitter orange and lemon peel zest with the final taste being a
balanced hop and very light salt.
Well-rounded finish, no strong bitters. Good hop, good grain, just light. All of its
delicate qualities converge to round out the experience.

Synopsis
A nice solid example of the pale ale style, hops are strong but remain within the
advertised pale ale category, no out of place IPA character here. A full flavored
tasty mix of hop, lightly sweet, then tangy citrus and citrus peel, with a proper
amount of salt.
I like this brew, but I have to admit it is thin. Others achieve this unintentionally
but I think here this is by design. My personal taste like more big flavors, but
considering the style I can recommend this to those who enjoy softer pale ales.
