Beer Blitz Rater Comments
Appearance
Pale golden color, with light cloudiness. Head is white, only of medium height, mostly
creamy, and not very long lasting. It does leave decent lacing on the glass.
Light
golden and slightly cloudy. Head is thin but carbonation is ample. A little to be
desired...moderate to good in character.

Aroma
Decent aroma strength for the style. Grainy, crisp, and surprisingly fruity, some
lemon, some lime, even a touch of raspberry. Some hop aroma is there but it is very
light.
A soft aroma but hits on all cylinders for a pilsner..malty, hoppy, yeasty, and
salty. Has a hop nose and some pleasant fruity aromas.

Palate
Crisp, mostly grainy and moderately hoppy, along with a clean water essence. A nice
light pilsner taste with plenty of hop. Subtle sweet and salt are present. It should be
noted there is a dryness to an overall pleasant beer.

Finish
This beer actually gets smoother in the finish as some of the sweet comes in and
balances out the hop rather nicely. It finally wraps up with a touch more hoppiness at
the very end.
Sweet and salty finish. Very high in the salt component. Crisp and
moderately clean. The beer finishes dryly.

Synopsis
Crisp, grainy, and hoppy, and well balanced. A good beer, but not spectacular in
strength or flavor.
I would say this beer's best attribute is its initial taste. It satisfies all
of the flavor components I was looking for but just lacks a little "oomph".
