Beer Blitz Rater Comments
Appearance
An absolutely gorgeous reddish-brown copper color, clear and effervescent.
Head is tall,  beige, and impressively thick and lasting. The head stays dense
And develops chunkiness, This beer even has chunky lacing, outstanding.
Amazing looking ale. It shoots out of the brew and with staying power. The liquid
element as a dark reddish brown torments with activity. An awesome combo.

Aroma
Impressive strength, a strong IPA  hop dominates it is well blended with lime,
cherry, Dark malt, and salt aroma. Complex and nice.
No doubt a heavily hopped brew as advertised. The outstanding feature of the
choice is the in and out spiciness. A huge aromatic with ale fruitiness to boot.

Palate
Flavorful immediately, complex with cherry and lime sweet citrus, and a dark
sweet malt. Here is a touch of creaminess but a bit less than desired.
The
anticipated blast of hop, is especially controlled in relation to the malt. Fruity with
orange and orange peel, Lemon, lime and some malt sweetness. The water has
a mineral quality. A good brew, but slightly on the thin side.

Finish
A smooth transition, but dark sweet malt leads in, the hops then take over but not
overbearingly. The hop adds an interesting orange peel bitter and tanginess to
the mix while the sweet malt and citrus dances back and forth along with a new
entrance of salt.
All of the attributes of the palette but with an unusually pleasant freshness. At first
I wasn't blown away, but with time I appreciate it all the more. The ale seems to
stack its flavor profiles well.

Synopsis
Awesome appearance in an impressively complex ale, multiple citrus tones,
hops, bitters, malt, and salt. Simply a great beer with the only criticism being that
creaminess was lacking just a bit.
My first experience with this brewery and it was a good one, this beer is
outstanding in some regards. A great gulping brew in the sense that the larger
drinks accentuate the flavors.
