2 lbs. Bratwurst
4 Cans typical domestic lager beer
2 Bottles of water (12 oz.)
3/4 Cup of Crab Boil Seasoning
1 Yellow Onion (rough slice)
4 Large Ears of sweet corn (cut in thirds)
2 lbs. Of red skin potatoes
1 lb. 20-30 count shrimp
2 Tbsp. Fresh Dill
2 Lemons (cut into 1/8’s)
1 Stick of Butter
Par-cook bratwurst on grill (light grill marks), let stand, cut into large pieces and throw into a large boil pot with beer,
water, seasoning, onion and potatoes. Boil covered for 15 minutes. Add corn and return to boil for about 4 minutes.
Add the shrimp and let boil for another 5 minutes. Take off of the heat, strain and plate with dill and lemon wedges. Use
butter for dipping .
