Summer Teeth Lager Beer
Baltika Lager Beer
Labrador Lager

Appearance
Attractive Lager, a pale golden yellow, clear and effervescent, Snow White and tall
head, airy and foamy yet builds a chunky crown, impressive for a lager. Duration
of head was moderate but good for the style. Lacing was light and lager-like.
Very light and clean golden look. Head is large and short duration with nice lacing
on the glass. A little unassuming, the lager mocks more of a Pilsner.

Aroma
Nice aroma, on the lighter side but for a lager this is respectable. Grains, barley,
malt, even some light fruit tones, basically pear and grape.
Refreshing malty character with hints of Apple. Both sweet and sour. This beer is
full of subtleties with the essential notes water, grain, hop, and yeast up front.

Palate
Clean water and lightly flavored, a little thin but smooth and grainy with a light
sweet tone.
Crisp and flavorful with a sweet malt and lightly spicy hop. The mouthfeel tickles
the tongue with a pronounced carbonation.

Finish
The strength picks up with more expected grain taking a stand and a surprising
level of sweet which gained strength from the palate. The initial watery thinness
vanishes with a pleasant presentation of the flavors mentioned albeit still on the
lighter side.
A dry impression in a well drinking beer. A little tartness creeps in to round out the
delicate finish. Extraordinary mellow flavor, the overall character is enticing.

Synopsis
An interesting lager, perfect appearance, respectable aroma for style, in a very
smooth and drinkable package. A bit too smooth and thin palate, recovers well to
finish, still an overall ight presentation. Almost like a fine Pilsner with all the hops
left out. Lager fans will want to try this. I love the old-style beer can pull tab design
in the cap.
Really more of a full-bodied, less hoppy Pilsner. I've had other Baltic beers and
this is by far the most balanced, well conceived, and executed.
